Our website platform and analytics tools automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. See Cookies and analytics below.

03How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your questions and schedule meetings

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

05Meeting notes and recordings

We document every client conversation. Meetings and calls may also be recorded so that we have an accurate record of the advice given, as required by insurance industry standards. We will tell you at the start of any meeting that is being recorded.

06Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes described above:

09How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes it was collected for, or as long as the law and insurance industry rules require. Client files are typically kept for several years after our relationship ends. When information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it.

10How we protect it

We protect personal information with safeguards suited to its sensitivity, including secure systems, access limited to people who need it, password protection, and locked storage for paper records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
